CHIWAII™ wants each piece to feel right when it arrives.
Great care is taken with every garment, and we sincerely hope each order exceeds expectations. If something is not quite right, we will do our best to review the situation and find a fair solution.
Return and Exchange Requests
Return and exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- Returned with any original packaging, tags, or included materials where applicable
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, fragrance, misuse, or other condition concerns may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Made-to-Order Items
Many CHIWAII™ pieces may be produced to order.
Because made-to-order items are created after purchase, return and exchange eligibility may be limited. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before placing an order.
This does not limit any remedy that may be required if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if another remedy is required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Whenever possible, we encourage exchanges.
If you would prefer a different size or available variation, please contact us and we will help determine whether an exchange is available.
Exchanges depend on product availability, item condition, and fulfillment limitations.
Returns and Store Credit
Approved returns for fit, preference, or similar reasons are generally issued as store credit.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for use toward a future CHIWAII™ purchase.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be included in store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so the matter can be reviewed.
If the issue is confirmed, CHIWAII™ will work with you toward an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Return Shipping
Please contact CHIWAII™ before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the amount of store credit issued unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Store Credit Orders
Items purchased using store credit, excluding gift cards where applicable, are considered final sale and are not eligible for additional returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked final sale or non-returnable on the product page, at checkout, or in written product details.
