Refund policy

At CHIWAII™, we want every piece to feel right the moment you receive it.  We take great care to make sure each garment meets our standards, but If something isn’t quite as expected, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Exchanges

We always recommend an exchange when possible. If you would like a different size or variation, we’re happy to help you find the best fit.


Returns & Store Credit

All approved returns and exchanges are issued as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your credit will be issued for use on a future purchase.


Return Shipping

A return shipping label will be provided upon approval and will be directed to our design studio.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your store credit.


Store Credit Orders

Items purchased using store credit (excluding gift cards) are considered final sale and are not eligible for further return or exchange. We encourage reviewing sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
