Complimentary standard shipping is included on CHIWAII™ orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Each CHIWAII™ piece is handled with care. Many items may be produced to order, which means production time may be required before an order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production, fulfillment, and delivery unless a different timeline is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in an order update.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith and may vary due to product type, production schedules, order volume, material availability, fulfillment partner operations, carrier performance, weather events, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances CHIWAII™ cannot reasonably control.

Order Updates and Tracking

Order updates and tracking details will be provided by email once available.

Tracking information may take time to update after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before placing an order.

CHIWAII™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier’s operations.

CHIWAII™ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, delivery restrictions, or other shipping issues outside its reasonable control, but we will review order concerns and assist where reasonably possible.

Delayed Orders

If an order is materially delayed beyond the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, CHIWAII™ will communicate with the customer and handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, and destination-country requirements.
