Orders

Payment is processed through secure payment systems provided by Shopify and its payment processing partners. CHIWAII™ does not receive or store complete payment card information.

Production and Fulfillment

Many CHIWAII™ pieces may be produced to order.

Estimated production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are based on information reasonably available at the time.

Timelines may vary due to product type, production schedules, order volume, fulfillment partner operations, material availability, carrier performance, weather events, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances CHIWAII™ cannot reasonably control.

CHIWAII™ will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timelines stated on the website, product page, checkout, or order communication.

If an order is materially delayed beyond the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, CHIWAII™ will communicate with the customer and handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping may be included on CHIWAII™ orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before placing an order.

CHIWAII™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

CHIWAII™ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, delivery restrictions, or other shipping issues outside its reasonable control, but order concerns will be reviewed and assisted with when reasonably possible.

International customers, where applicable, are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, and order issues are governed by the CHIWAII™ Return and Refund Policy.

Because many CHIWAII™ pieces may be produced to order, return eligibility may be limited except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
